The 2000 season was another one to remember. In his junior year of Pro Stock, Stevens had 22 round wins, one victory at the Prolong Northwest Nationals in Seattle, Wash., and a No. 9 finish in the Winston points.

The following season in 2001 saw the team have some hard luck due to lack of horsepower. But, despite the mechanical setbacks, Stevens managed to pick up one win at the Mopar Parts Nationals in Englishtown, N.J. This win kept Stevens' string alive, winning at least one race in every year of competition.
